How it Works
Fascial Maneuvers
1. Pinning or Locking
You start by "pinning" (gently twisting or stretching the skin) and "locking" (holding a steady grip) to target specific areas of fascia.
2. Counter-Rotation
The body is split into zones (head, torso, and legs). Moving these zones in opposite directions creates a winding effect that helps unlock deep tension.
3. Breathwork
Controlled breathing—such as slow breaths through the nose and mouth or pursed-lip exhales—helps calm the nervous system and relaxes the tissue.
4. Slow Movements
Fascia responds best to slow, deliberate movement rather than fast stretching or heavy force.

The Benefits
Nervous System Reset
Uses slow movements and specific breathing patterns to signal safety to the body, moving away from a stress response.
Stress and Tension Relief
Helps unwind deep-seated physical stress and tight fascia
Pain and Posture Improvement
Alleviates localised discomfort (such as lower back, shoulder, or hip tightness) and supports healthier, more fluid posture.
Emotional Release
Encourages the release of stored emotional tension through somatic movements.
