Traumatic symptoms are not caused by the event itself, but rather arise from unresolved, trapped energy in the nervous system that can wreak havoc on our bodies and minds.

Myofascial Release
Resistance Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique. A gentle sustained pulling motion is used to engage the fascia; this can lead to the easing of pain/discomfort, improved mobility and processing of stored trauma.
Myofascial Release techniques engage the body's fascial lines, accessed via three zones:
(1) The head: releases the neck, shoulders, spine, upper and lower back and sacrum.
(2) The arms: target the head, shoulder, neck and upper back.
(3) The legs: affect the fascia lines connecting the sacrum, pelvis, spine and neck.
